Plume ASB has been a store that recently has felt like it is always under some form of change or transformation – whether closing for hospital renovations, opening a new LifeGrain below it, operating a coffee cart in the new Childrens Hopsital or bringing in new display fridges… for the past few years it has felt like there is always something happening! But for the last quarter we have had something resembling “normality,” and the cafe has been producing some fantastic results, showing its strength and durability to still be a excellent performer for the business, and a staple for Randwick Hospital staff to get their coffee fix at ASB!

 

Our 6th Plume location is open! Plume St George in the new Kensington building is open and is already setting a new standard for cafe design. The cafe is being managed by Casey who is establishing her own impressive resume across our cafe newtork having previously managed Plume Liverpool and LifeGrain Liverpool, and is a full-circle for our directors Rouby and Nora who opened their first hospital cafe in this location 10 years ago!
