People Spotlight: Nina Medina

Big shout out to our LifeGrain UNSW manager Nina! Nina is our second person this year (also big shoutout to Plume Hurstville Manager Patrick!) who has worked her way up through the business from casual FOH team member to cafe manager! Nina has shown fantastic work ethic, excellent attention to detail and the friendly customer service that resembles our company values. Congrats and all the best in your new position!

A win that matters: Sinora

We have brought Sinora IQ into the business replacing resotke. This will be a platform that takes our business into the future giving us more accurate inventory records, and greater insight into our product performance, and control over our costs. We are still learning how to use this platform and adjust it to our business but very soon it will be automating many tasks and making everyones tasks more accurate and seamless.

Operational Knowledge Bites

Unox speed oven cleaning and maintenance!
We need to ensure we are following cleaning procedures properly each day – new checklists have been created with a link to a youtube video to assist.
Additionally, it’s very important we aren’t skipping any functions and heating procedures as it can lead to excess wear & tear on the machine components.
