Let's Talk Wellness
Yes, even your morning wrap can be part of a movement.
Because let’s get one thing straight: wellness culture in hospitals isn’t just for patients anymore.
At the LifeGrain Group (that’s us 🙋🏻♀️), we’re flipping the script on what food in healthcare really looks like. And, more importantly how it feels.
From our menus to our partnerships with the hospital’s wellness teams, we’re here for the full shift.
It starts with food. Obviously.
We’re talking fresh. Nourishing. Thoughtfully made.
Across our brands, LifeGrain Cafe, Plume Cafe, Tsubu Sushi and Catering, we’ve curated menus that actully make you feel good (from the inside-out good). Whether it’s a protein packed salad bowl, a veggie-filled wrap or a killer coffee that doesn’t taste like burnt regrets… we’re all about the fuel that fits the shift.
But here’s where it gets fun.
We’re not just behind the counter. We’re showing up at the wellness tables too. Literally.
At Sutherland Hospital, we have teamed up with departments during Wellness & Well-being month, serving food and promos that supported mood and energy.
At Royal Hospital for Women, we got behind Nutrition Week, spotlighting whole food options (with xero preachiness, promise).
Across the board, we are working with hospital staff to say: Hey, food can be part of the care too.
TL;DR?
We’re aiming to not just feed our customers, but we’re here to co-create a culture. One where food isn’t an afterthought. One where our healthcare team’s health is also prioritised.
And, it’s not perfect. We’re still learning. BUT we are in it. Supporting people who support everyone else – with food, with heart and with a little more fun than you’d expect from a hospital cafe.
Eat well. Feel better. Run the ward? Maybe?
We’re here to help make wellness culture the new normal.
