Tsubu Sushi refreshes its menu each season to keep the offering fresh and interesting for customers.

During summer, we introduced two new items: the Sushi Sandwich and the Sushi Cup. The Sushi Sandwich quickly became a novelty product that drew many returning customers, while the Sushi Cup has grown into a clear customer favourite.

Looking ahead to the Autumn season, several new menu items will be introduced. This includes a dessert range featuring Japanese fruit sando, as well as fresh sashimi options. An upgraded poke bowl will also be added to the menu, giving customers even more variety.

Our goal remains consistent across all stores: to earn the trust of our customers by delivering Tsubu products with the highest standards of cleanliness, freshness, and quality.
