Plume Hurstville Opening
We opened our newest location Plume Hustville. One of the great thinning sin our business is seeing people grow and we are super excited to have one of our Sutherland team members Patrick be promoted to cafe manager after 3 years of being one of our strongest barista supervisors under Jenny at Lifegrain Sutherland. Big congrats to Patrick and thanks to Jen for developing strong people!
Plume Coffee Cart
With the new Sydney Children’s Hospital building at Randwick opened, we built a beautiful coffee cart pop up to service the building while they develop the new retail sector. THanks to Ian and the Plume ASB team for running the coffee cart operation.
Michael’s shout-out for the Quarter
I want to give a big shout-out to our Plume SCH manager Angie. I threw Angie in the deep end one day promoting her from casual barista to cafe manager and she has risen far and beyond running a very clean and organised operation, improving the resutls in the cafe even amidst challenging times and losing half our sales when the new building opened. What a superstar!
Operational Knowledge Bits
Visiting stores I think our biggest work on is cold beverage production. Please follow build cards correctly specifcially with ingredient orders. Liquids should be poured in jugs first to be measured accurately and produce the correct yield!

He excels in multi-site management, startup growth, and operational leadership. His role focuses on operational excellence, compliance, procedure development and supporting site managers and staff to ensure top-notch customer experiences.
Additionally, Michael holds a Master of Exercise Science from ECU.
