What’s Cooking This Month?

 Moroccan Beef with Rice – Slow-braised beef with apricots, carrots, celery, onion, and thyme, simmered in a rich Moroccan tomato sauce. A little sweet, a little savoury, a lot of comfort. (DF, GF, NF)

 Teriyaki Chicken with Rice – Tender chicken cooked in an authentic Japanese teriyaki sauce, served with crisp green capsicum, broccoli, and shallots. (DF, GF, NF)

 Vegetarian Hokkien Noodles – Stir-fried hokkien noodles with capsicum, onion, zucchini, and Chinese cabbage in a sesame soy sauce. Big flavour, no fuss. (DF, V)

 Chicken Pesto Pasta – Poached chicken tossed with penne and a basil pesto sauce that’s fresh, fragrant, and totally satisfying.

 Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli – Pillowy ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta, bathed in a classic napolitana sauce. A meat-free must-try. (V)
