This quarter we executed our yearly price rise. This was received very well by customers with no major complaints. This is due to the fantastic work our foh teams do not only communicating with customers in times like this but also fostering of strong trusting relationships you build with customers all year round! Our customers trust our brand and choose to spend their money with us each day because of the great work you do so thank you to everyone!

 

International nurses day was another fantastic and well recieved drive again this year with coffee vouchers going out to numerous hospitals to say thanks to their nursing teams. Smiles and hot coffees were shared all around with hosptials again glowing from the great service and friendly relationships our FOH teams build with their nursing staff. At Sutherland again we ran a very successful coffee cart for the day – Big thanks to Jen and team do assisting with this great event for the Sutherland community!
