Looking ahead for the coming 90 days, we have an incredibly busy and exciting period coming up in the business.
Our new stock management and Business intelligence platform has been launched in the Plume brand, and is coming soon to LifeGrain and Tsubu. Any change is always an adjustment, but it is my hope that once integrated into the business, everyone will find the system faster, more intuitive and more insightful.
This new platform does not include checklists, so we are returning to Safety Culture, the checklists software we used before we used Restoke. Whilst we no longer have the convenience of a united stock management and checklist platform, Safety Culture is a more powerful and malleable solution for checklists, so again it is my hope that once we’ve become accustomed to the change, we find that performing our daily checks is faster, easier and more intuitive.
Within the next 3 months there is some incredible movement on new sites. LifeGrain UNSW will be the first store to open, and with the opening of that store I’d like to congratulate Randwick Assistant Manager Nina on her ascension to Cafe Manager of the new brand.
Following that new store, we have Plume Cafe opening in Mona Vale Hospital and St. George Hospital. Exciting to see the Plume brand expanding and performing how it is.
By the end of the next 90 days we will be into the new financial year, which means we take the time to bring our company leaders together for our Annual Leadership Meeting, where we take everyone through a review of the year that was, highlight the upcoming changes to the business and take the time to recognise everyone’s achievements. It’s always a positive day which sets us up well for the coming year.
Thanks everyone for all of your efforts to date and for the quarter to come.
