Every day, we’re proud to serve great coffee and fresh food. More than that, we’re proud to be part of the hospital communities we serve. Recently, Sutherland Hospital has been running an A-Z series on their Facebook page highlighting the people, teams and services that contribute to the hospital experience. This week, the letter L was dedicated to LifeGrain.
We were genuinely honoured to be recognised. The post described our team as “the heartbeat of our hospital’s daily rhythm” and thanked our staff for the warmth, care and consistency they bring to the hospital community every day. Reading those words was a proud moment for our team because they reflect what matters most to us.
LifeGrain was founded with a simple belief: people in hospitals deserve quality food, great coffee and friendly service. That belief continues to guide us today. Every day, our team has the opportunity to serve healthcare workers, patients, visitors and support staff. We see familiar faces, learn regular orders and become part of the routines that make up life in a busy hospital. That connection is something we value deeply. Being recognised by Sutherland Hospital reminds us that our role extends beyond what we serve. We are part of a wider community that works together to support the people who walk through the hospital each day.
